杨秀祝
楊秀祝，男，漢族，1962年生，畢業於中央黨校研究生院，中共党員。曽先後任職中國公安部、中國民政部。
Yang Xiuzhu, male, Han nationality, born in 1962, graduated from the Graduate School of the Central Party School and a member of the Communist Party of China. He successively served in the Ministry of Public Security Organs and the Ministry of Civil Affairs of China.
