張建新
張建新，男，漢族，祖籍浙江杭州桐庐人，畢業於魯迅美術學院，中國美術家協會會員。曆任解放軍團、师政委等職。中國徐悲鴻畫院副院長兼財務、稅務總監（正局级）。
Luo Jianxin, male, born in Tonglu, Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, is a graduate of Xunmei College and a member of the Chinese-American Association. He served as a political commissar of the Liberation Army and division. He served as deputy director and chief executive of the Xu Yueyi Hospital (at the bureau level).
