梁時民，男，汉族，1959年，祖籍四川梓州人，先後畢業于四川美術學院、廣西藝術學院、武漢大學，获博士學位。國家一級美術師、國務院特殊津貼專家，中國美術家協會理事，四川省美術家協會主席。現任中國徐悲鴻畫院副院長，艺术总监。

     Liang Shimin, a native of Zizhou, Sichuan Province in 1959, first graduated from Sichuan Academy of Fine Arts, Xixi Academy of Fine Arts, Wushu University and doctoral degree. National first-level experts on special grants for the United States and the State Council. Director of the Sino-American Association and Chairman of the Sichuan Association.
