王正根,男，1966年生,四川南部人。武警部队副团职干部,北京燕京理工学院美术学院客座教授。油画《寸土寸心》获公安部美展金奖，油画《风景这边独好》获“走进伊犁——最美还是我们新疆”油画作品展银奖，油画《和风》参加中国、俄罗斯、哈萨克斯坦国际油画艺术展，2019年《和煦时光》入选第十三届全国美术作品展油画作品展。

   Wang Zhenggen, male, was born in southern Sichuan in 1966. Deputy regiment cadre of the Armed Police Force, visiting professor of the Academy of Fine Arts of Beijing Yanjing Institute of Technology. The oil painting "an inch of land" won the gold medal of the Ministry of Public Security Art Exhibition, and the oil painting "unique scenery" won the Silver Award of our Xinjiang Oil painting Exhibition. The oil painting "Harmony" participated in the International Oil painting Exhibition of China, Russia and Kazakhstan, and "genial time" was selected in the 13th National Art Exhibition in 2019.
